| Terms and conditions: In consideration of the above, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions: |

| · | ICG has the right to decide whether to accept or reject any referrer / customer application submitted. |
| · | Referral program restricts to the above list of IT Outsourcing Services. |
| · | ICG has the right to make final decision on fees and charges in relation to ICG's services. |
| · | Referrer is entitled to receive the gift from ICG within 30 days after the payment settled from the customers who use our annual IT Outsourcing Service with monthly value more than or equal to HK$4,000. |
| · | Each successful referral may entitle to one gift subject to stock lasts. |
| · | Should there be any dispute, ICG holds the right to make final decision about the reward of gift. |
| · | ICG may at any time amend or vary the terms of this agreement. |
