Job Description
- Responsible for assist on setting strategy, developing and expanding a strong direct sales network to increase sales revenue.
- Understand the client needs and provide solutions in terms of plans and quotations
- Arrange meeting with clients and prepare presentation, quotation, follow up and maintain strong relationship with clients
- To have overall responsibility for Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction for all implemented services and solutions on assigned customer(s). (measure service provided against defined Service Level Agreements)
- To be the customer’s primary point of contact for all Service related issues, with the exception of Incident follow and management
- To proactively identify existing customer needs, and opportunities to grow the customer relationship. Work with the sales team to up-sell Service Management and/ or other products and services

Requirements
- University graduate in IT / Business or equivalent.
- Working experience in customer service / IT service sector for 2-3years
- Understanding of corporate IT Infrastructure environment is preferable.
- Flexible and able to adjust to the fast-paced IT environment and user requirements
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both verbal and written level
- Positive personality with a "can-do" attitude and proactive, take initiative to go the extra miles to get things done
- Good negotiation and presentation skill, aggressive and target oriented.
- ITIL foundation exam is a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, strive to carry out tasks which improve own and/or team effectiveness
- Working as a team player, playing an active role in maintaining and developing service quality
- Capable to work well under pressure and handle escalations calmly and competently
- Good level of practiced technical knowledge as an advantage
