| ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Service The I-Consulting Group ICG is proud to announce our attainment of the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Service Certification. We have completed our 5-month Audit with ZERO Non-Compliance and we are official certified on February 27, 2008 by BSI Management Systems. A Certificate Presentation Ceremony was held at BSI Management System office and was attended by our Director, Mr. Andy Lau and Mr. Kim Chan, Commercial Director, Asia Pacific of BSI. "Achieving ISO 9001:2000 is a big step for ICG" says Mr. Andy Lau, "It not only gives our clients the confidence in our service but also encourging ICGers that their efforts are well recognized and paid-off." According to Mr. Andy Lau, ICG's staff are the most important single element to the success of the company and it is important that staffs are well-motivated to get the job done, not only for the satisfaction of our clients but the unexpected. In July 2009, ICG went through our first annual ISO 9001 audit. With our team’s whole-hearted effort, ICG audited with 0 Non-Conformity (NC) and successfully upgraded to the ISO 9001:2008.
