Job Description Handles incoming requests from clients on technical problems and other requests Coordinates the co-operations between CS Department and Operation Department for client servicing Provides statistics and analysis of incoming clients¡¦ requests Collects clients¡¦ needs and reports to CS Manager Assist service team to provide services to clients Prepare presentation and review reports to clients or CS Manager Assist CS Manager to organize client servicing meetings for periodic review Provide support to ad hoc projects
Requirements 2 years experience or above in the area of client servicing with IT support will be an advantage Familiar with IT Infrastructure solution is a plus The ability to communicate clearly in writing and by telephone A positive approach to prioritizing and organizing own workload Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Mature, Self Motivated and Hardworking University Graduates is plus (but not a must)
