Job Description Handles incoming requests from clients on technical problems and other requests Analyzes the IT Infra-structure problem behavior Suggests & selects IT equipment & application for different client's need Prepares & conducts technical training Provides statistics and analysis of incoming clients¡¦ IT requests Collects clients¡¦ needs and reports to CS Manager Prepare presentation and review reports to clients or CS Manager Provide support to ad hoc IT projects

Requirements 2 years of providing IT Infra-structure MS AD, Exchange, Backup, AV solution 2 years experience or above in the area of IT support will be an advantage Window shell scripts, login scripting ITIL Foundation, CLP, MCSE, CCNA is a plus Proficient in Wintel environment The ability to communicate clearly in writing and by telephone A positive approach to prioritizing and organizing own workload Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Mature, Self Motivated and Hardworking University Graduates is a plus (but not a must)
