Job Description Maintains IT Security Networks, VPN Secure Networks Setups, Administrates and Monitors Exchange, Lotus Dominos Email Services Supervises desktop technical support Maintains domain infrastructure to the computer network environment Manages daily housekeeping work and troubleshoot from clients from the team Build up a secure email system and gateway with spam protection Monitors different Application Systems, Email System, Security System and NT environment Maintains AD domain healthy and check the logging systems Improves standard network security policy Maintains the network security and protect from intruder hacking Evaluates the performance of application server, systems, security policy Answers technical hotline and resolves questions on frontline customer services Audits all computers status, performance, storage capacity Provides IT Training

Requirements Qualification on computer related fields Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese Self-motivated, able to work independently and initiatively Good analytical and problem solving skill on technical level, able to meet service level and deadlines Experience on management will be an advantage Good team player with effective communication Willing to learn and work under pressure Certify with MCSE, CCNA, CLA is a plus Bachelor Degree or above qualification on computer related fields is a plus (but not a must) Excellent command of spoken and written English is will be an advantage Less experience will be considered as IT Officer
