Aligned with the growth of our Sales Team, we are inviting the Best and Brightest Individuals to join us.
The Sales Manager depending on experience will focus on promoting ICG's IT Outsourcing services & solutions within the Hong Kong region. This includes owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle, as well as maintaining and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
Candidates will be highly motivated and have extensive experience in successfully selling IT Outsourcing solutions. Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with Infrastructure solutions, competitors and market landscape is required. |
Job Description
- Responsible to perform strategy planning in developing and expanding a strong direct sales network to increase sales revenue.
- Achieve assigned business objectives.
- Establish sales strategy. Establish channel structure. Recruit new channel partners. Investigate relevant markets to identify room for growth.
- Strive to increase awareness and visibility of the company in the sector. Prepare monthly pipeline reviews and forecasts. Review sales opportunities on an on-going basis and update pipeline reviews and sales forecasts as necessary.
- Conduct presentations on introduction of company and services
- Responsible manage Sales Team and lead the team to reach Sales Target
- Develop existing client base and expand new business opportunities
- Identify client¡¦s needs and establish tailored technology solutions to fulfil their expectations
- Build long term, trusted relationships with key clients to generate recurring business and maintain partnerships
- Maintain the client communication throughout the business cycle to ensure all stages are fulfilled
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to share accountability for managing client accounts successfully

Requirements
- University Graduate
- Possess at least 3-4 years sales experience in IT sector with proven sales track record.
- Solid Experience in selling outsourcing solutions and consulting services
- Certificate holder of IT related certifications(Citrix, Microsoft, Symantec) is highly preferred
- Strong network with the target market segment and with IT distributors
- Understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure environment is preferable.
- Presentable with excellent presentation skill and Willing to accept challenges
- Mature, aggressive and quota oriented
- Attentive to details
- Fluent in English and Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus
- Self motivated and results orientated with a strong passion to succeed
- Project management experience will be an advantage
