Qualifications
It is preferred that candidates have (but not necessary):
- Minimum of 1 semester of programming experience in one or more of the following languages (C, C++, Java, J++, Visual Basic, HTML, etc)
- Demonstrated leadership, quantitative and analytical skillsof the following languages (C, C++, Java, J++, Visual Basic, HTML, etc)
- Intellect, evidenced by an outstanding academic background
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Capacity to work individually and as a team member in a professional client environment
- High motivation and self-confidence
Responsibility
Typical responsibility of an Intern Analyst:
- Defining user requirements
- Programming
- Project administration
- Coding and testing applications
- Analyzing, designing and implementing business process improvements
- Researching work on a proposal
- Developing training and human performance management programs
- Developing an array of technology-based solutions to improve business performance-from interactive, virtual technologies to object-oriented, client/server and Internet applications
