ICG are proud to be awarded the Certificate of Excellence for the People Caring Award and the Green Achievement Award. We have also been awarded the Certificate of Merit for the Community Engagement Award.

Mr. Matthew Cheung Kin Chung, GBS, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr. Peter Wong, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Albert Chan, Head of Commercial Banking from The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited officiated at the awards presentation ceremony.

With the support of Business Environment Council (BEC) and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, the HSBC Living Business Awards 2010 Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 11 November 2010 at Grand Ballroom, Conrad Hotel, Pacific Place to announce the Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards winners as well as the winners of the Certificate of Excellence and Certificate of Merit.

The HSBC Living Business Awards scheme recognises local SMEs who dedicate themselves to implementing socially and environmentally responsible business practices for sustainable growth. In 2010, three new award categories were introduced: Community Engagement Award, People Caring Award and the Green Achievement Award.

This year, with over 500 applications were received from a wide range of industries including wholesale & retail, health, education, tourism, catering and financial service etc and 230 SMEs are the awardees for the awards categories. They are all able to demonstrate how companies with limited resources can put CSR into practice through innovation and proactive planning.

ICG participated in the HSBC Living Business Awards 2010 and it is our honors that our company rewarded the Certificate of Excellence and Merit in this three award catagories.
We will continue our contribution on promoting the awareness and advancing the practice of CSR through our innovation and proactive planning IT outsourcing services in the coming year.
